To secure valuable human resources and increase employee motivation, we allow female employees who give birth to work shorter hours until just before their children enter elementary school.

with the volunteer group “+ONE”

We aim to become a company that can enhance not only the motivation and capabilities of customers, but also our own.
“+ONE” is a nationwide organization of volunteer Rentia Group employees in Japan. To create a corporate culture of taking on challenges, employees from different regions, affiliations, and generations participate in various study meetings and projects.
In addition, we hold roundtable discussions between young employees and managers to create an organization in which diverse talents gather and benefit each other throughout the Group.

Implementation of "Environment Month" by employees

Based on our environmental policy, we designate June “Environment Month” every year to raise environmental awareness among all employees and encourage them to participate in environmental activities. Employees actively work on projects they planned themselves.

Through corporate hometown tax payments and sporting event sponsorships, the Rentia Group helps reinvigorate local communities. Our rental business also makes communities more appealing, vibrant and dynamic.

Implementing the corporate version of the hometown tax payment system

In September 2021, we started a project under the direct supervision of our CEO that focuses on female employees.
Nine employees from each group company gathered to launch the activities.
Based on our group management policies, business activities and basic policy to help resolve social issues, we selected five themes to focus on and chose donation recipients. In addition to promoting ESG management toward sustainability by increasing corporate value, we will continue supporting the activities of local governments over the medium to long term and contribute to local communities.

Sponsoring marathons across the country

We've sponsored the Tokyo Marathon, Kumamoto Castle Marathon and other marathons nationwide.
We support safe and smooth management of these events through equipment rentals and venue construction.
