We rent out various equipment for use at construction site offices, corporate events and business offices. We also handle phone line extensions, partitions and interior construction. Furthermore, we sell used rental products and support the proper disposal of leftover items following office relocations and closures. With our original business model, we open up new rental possibilities and contribute to the realization of a recycling-oriented society.
We also provide one-stop service for all projects related to condominium galleries. We support everything from the design, planning and construction of condominium galleries to rental of their equipment, interior coordination of model rooms, sales of furniture and redesign for condo buyers. With the power of space design, we can overcome any challenge.
We sell office furniture, office equipment and other fixtures mainly to government agencies and companies such as the Japan Post Group. By leveraging our ability to propose, respond and collaborate - honed through extensive experience and relationships with over 160 manufacturers ? we provide products and services that meet the needs of customers and help resolve various challenges.
The ICT business section, which was previously part of the "rental-related business," became an independent business segment in FY2023. We clearly defined the ICT business as a growth area and are working to strengthen our resources. Engineers with certifications and national qualifications support customers' ICT environments. We were also quick to enter the e-sports field, which is expected to grow.
